BroPak! LLC is living proof that bold ideas, authentic community engagement, and relentless vision can ignite real transformation. Our journey began in 2020 with Brother 2 Brother-a student-led podcast created by the Men of Color Alliance at East Stroudsburg University. What started as a platform for honest conversations and overlooked stories quickly grew into a movement, inspiring the launch of The BroPak Experience, The Great Qapnan, and Two Children and a Old Head. These shows laid the foundation for a company built on storytelling, empowerment, and the belief that every voice deserves to be heard.

Today, BroPak stands as a trusted partner for nonprofits and small businesses across more than five states. We deliver communications-driven digital marketing, resource development, and podcasting services that help organizations grow, connect, and lead with impact.

Milestones & Achievements

BroPak’s growth and recognition in 2024 and 2025 have been nothing short of remarkable:

• Fair City Challenge 2025 Cohort: Selected as one of Philadelphia’s top innovators, BroPak’s Nour Navi initiative-launched with Delivering Services with Love-now provides free mentorship, workforce training, and housing support to empower underserved neighborhoods.

• $5,000 Elevate Together Grant: In partnership with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Philadelphia and OfficeMax, this grant funded websites and social media platforms for seven small businesses, making digital access affordable and impactful.

• Wells Fargo Equitable Access Boost Camp: Participation in this 12-week program strengthened our operations and expanded our reach, allowing us to serve our community more effectively.

• 180% Client Growth: Since transitioning to full-time operations, BroPak has expanded its client base by 180%, now supporting organizations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, and beyond.

• Strategic Collaborations: Partnerships with Tierra Vida, Wildfire Community, and Mighty and Bright have amplified our impact, bringing culturally responsive solutions and new resources to the communities we serve.

• BroPak Economic Empowerment Initiative (BEEI): BEEI continues to break barriers for historically disadvantaged businesses, providing digital transformation, marketing, and resource development that unlock funding and build organizational capacity.

• Expanding Reach: With a growing footprint across more than five states, BroPak is committed to helping nonprofits and small businesses nationwide break digital barriers and achieve sustainable growth.

• New and Enhanced Services: Rolling out advanced digital media management and resource development packages, ensuring our clients have every tool they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving landscape.

• Deeper Collaborations: By working with partners like Tierra Vida, Wildfire Community, and Mighty and Bright, we’re bringing innovative, culturally responsive solutions to even more communities.
