We are thrilled to announce the launch of the BroPak Economic Empowerment Initiative (BEEI), a transformative Initiative dedicated to breaking economic barriers and fostering financial independence for individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits in Philadelphia.

Initiative Mission

(BEEI) is dedicated to breaking economic barriers and fostering financial independence for individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits. BEEI provides strategic mentorship, workforce development, funding access, and policy advocacy to drive sustainable economic growth and generational wealth-building.

Our Five Pillars:

• Workforce Development & Career Acceleration: Equipping individuals with the skills and opportunities to thrive in high-demand industries.

• Entrepreneur Incubation & Small Business Development: Empowering entrepreneurs to launch, scale, and sustain successful businesses.

• Community Wealth-Building & Financial Freedom: Helping families and businesses build generational wealth and long-term financial stability.

• Policy & Legislative Advocacy: Fighting for funding, tax incentives, and policies that support minority-owned businesses and workforce equity.

• Mentorship & Leadership Development: Connecting youth, professionals, and entrepreneurs with experienced mentors to accelerate growth.

Phase One Goals:

• Participants: Enroll over 250 individuals in workforce and mentorship programs.

• Small Business Support: Assist more than 100 businesses with development resources.

• Funding Secured: Obtain over $1 million in initial funding from public and private sources.

This pilot phase will validate the program’s effectiveness and position BEEI for expansion into Phase 2: Scaling & Policy Advocacy.

Small Business Directory- in the making

The Small Business Resource Directory Intake is designed to serve as the cornerstone of a comprehensive resource guide for small businesses in the Philadelphia area, establishing a centralized hub for economic opportunities. As we continue to grow, this directory will evolve into a dynamic platform connecting businesses with essential resources, mentorship, and sustainable pathways to success.

Upon registration, your business will be added to our directory, providing you with access to information about upcoming opportunities and resources. Additionally, this listing will inform the community of your location and the services you offer. As we develop this platform, your input and participation will be invaluable in shaping a resource that truly serves our community's needs.
